SMT-003 is a semiconductor type gas sensor designed to detect alcohol content in the environment. The conductivity of gas-sensitive material in the sensor will change accordingly with the concentration of the target gas. A simple circuit can be used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
