A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation. 

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: The general delivery time is 1-5 days after receiving your order confirmation if we have the goods in stock based on different product features.

Q: What is your term of payment?
A: 100% advance payment after confirming the contract for small sample order. 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping for bulk order

Q: Which payment form you can accept? 
A: T/T, PayPal etc. We accept any convenient and swift payment term.

Q: Which certificate do you have? 
A: CE, RoHS and ISO.

Q: Do you have the test and audit service? 
A: Yes, we can assist to get the designated test report for product and the designated factory audit report.

Q: How do you control the quality? 
A: We have QC person stay on the production lines do to the inspection.All products must have been inspected before delivery. We do inline inspection and final inspection.
1.All raw material checked once it arrive our factory.
2.All pieces and logo and all details checked during production.
3.All packing details checked during production.
4.All production quality and packing checked on final inspection after finished.
5.We will ship the inspection report tested by our factory together with the goods
