The SPE-001 thin film piezoelectric sensor is a highly sensitive dynamic strain sensor. When force is applied to the sensor surface or the sensor is bent, deformation occurs inside the sensor, and an electrical signal is generated between the upper and lower electrode surfaces of the piezoelectric film. After back-end amplification, filtering and other processing, the signal can obtain the information we want, which can be used to detect vibration, physical collision, pulse, heart rate, etc.
● This product is mainly used in vibration detection, pulse, heart rate, breathing monitoring, human-machine interaction(HMI), etc.
