SMD1001E sensor is designed by conventional two electrodes fuel cell. The working electrode releases electrons to the counter electrode through an external circuit, and is consumed at the counter electrode end as oxygen decreases. The internal circuit is realized by the ion flow in the electrolyte. The design is sophisticated and easy to increase and decrease the electrolyte. The increase and decrease of the electrolyte changes with the change of ambient temperature and humidity, but it can still work normally and will not affect the calibration value.
Low cost
Long life time. The accuracy, stability and durability of breath alcohol sensors have been verified.
Adapt to various extreme conditions such as high temperature and high humidity and low temperature and low humidity environment
Fast response
Low power. It just need a simple small battery cell
Good stability allows very long calibration cycles during use
