The SEP1003 Carbon monoxide gas sensor is a battery operate electrochemical sensor developed by Suzhou Huiwen Co. It uses a special electrode to replace the liquid reservoir, and the overall size is reduced. The ultra-small volume makes it ideal for embed a portable carbon monoxide detector, a micro-residential carbon monoxide detector, and a multi-purpose fire detector.
The sensor based on the principle of micro fuel cell detection, when there is carbon monoxide gas in the environment, gas molecules each the sensor core detection unit quickly by diffusion, oxidation in the positive oxidation, the oxygen in the environment in the sensor negative reduction reaction, form the closed loop of reaction, the output current proportional to the carbon monoxide gas concentration, by detecting the production current can accurately quantify the carbon monoxide gas content in the environment. The sensor is a passive device with solid electrolyte.
Lithium battery safety monitoring, intelligent water heater, intelligent range hood, intelligent gas stove, residential and commercial carbon monoxide alarm, industrial safety environment, fire safety field.
Zero power consumption, rapid response, high precision, anti-interference, anti-poisoning, wide temperature range, long service life time, excellent repeatability and stability.
